I'm not sure what's up. The problem I'm going through now is that the downtime has become too much of an issue with me, yet the customer service is good with Surpass. I've had so many people tell me my site isn't working which is pushing them right away, this isn't the first time it's happened!
I wanted to upgrade to a VPS but worried it might carry on like this.
