There doesn't seem to be any major issues here. There have been periods where a Movable Type comments page is being spammed heavily and a b2 blog comments page as well. I will email those two customers about it - other than that there's not any major abuse immediately visible.

The server has not crashed or been rebooted, so I guess Apache was down earlier for some reason. (This could very well be due to the comment spamming.) Thank you for posting here so that we could check this out.
