Hi there.
I new to surpass. I've just got my domain (minuswave) and my hosting and I've uploaded my index page which comes up fine as you can see here:

http://www.minuswave.com/index

But when I leave of the 'index' bit it comes up like this:

http://www.minuswave.com

How do I get it to automatically go to my index page?
