I just canceled my shared account because I bought a reseller package. I received an email many many hours ago asking for me to complete a form and email/fax it back because my ISP didnt match the geographical address on file with my card. (We are military stationed overseas and it does match our location) So I emailed the scanned paperwork hours ago and I faxed over a copy a little while ago thinking maybe it would speed things up. Anyhow, I still havent heard anything.

How long does this take usually? I have someone doing my sites and we were aiming to get them done by the end of this weekend.
