Cannot use FTP
I am unable to sign onto my FTP program with my information.
I changed my newservers with my domain host (godaddy), but that is all I have done.
Is there something else I need to do?
I have a friend who said she encountered similar issues back in the day and surpass just reset her information. How would I go about doing that?
