Should add, that since they had no control panel as mentioned above, they did in fact have a console on their website that controlled somethings, like adding complimentry database(was easier to call them and setup), email, file manager, some other things.

Host was local, and the calls were local as well, they didn't have a ticket system like Surpass.

Enough of my rambling, last post in this one.
