Surpass Web Hosting Forums - View Single Post - Add on account -- stuck in the mud

Hi all! I have been with Surpass for a few years now and I'm more than happy with everything.

I am trying to add another site to host on Surpass. I get as far as, "I am an existing customer, please add to my account." Then when the screen asks for my email and password... I get stuck. I think because I'm an old-time Surpasser I only have a user ID/pass. I tried entering in my user ID & pass, my email and pass and even gave my cpanel and pass a try. I got nuthin'

Of course, I told my boss, "Sure I can get this site up by Monday." Any help out there? Thanks!
