No hosting package comes with that by default. This is a very complex package. You can create a very simple shopping cart using 2checkout and use them to collect Credit Card payments.
On the other hand if you want to process them yourself, you need to setup a merchant account with your bank, this can be very expensive.
You can basically order any hosting package that fits your needs, and then build your cart after the fact.

Also before accepting payments you need to secure your site using a SSL cert which is also extra.
