Thanks for the question, unfortunately yes, if your plan renewed after the plan changes we are not able to go back and refund. The concept behind the new plans was to give existing clients and new clients more bang for the buck but at the same time now hurt us where we have to refund clients
Kayla has posted the proper steps needed to make sure next year during renewal you are charged the new price.
