Unregistered

I was just wondering, do we need to know html, or can we use a program like Microsoft Front Page, or Macromedia Dreamweaver, or something of the sort for the site, or is there something like that integrated in the account?

I'm asking this question before buying an account, since I only know the basic of html, and wouldn't go far with it...
