Since markscns did a great job with 1 and 2, as well as 3 and 4, but I'll try to add abit more if your still confused ("if")
3.) Yes, this shouldn't be an issue at all. As what it seems, you would have the main domain (1) pointed/registered to be used on that hosting account and two addon domains (2 and 3), which point to folders on the account. Each shared account coems with 10 addon/parked domains, so after your requested transfer (which Surpass does for free, in reason) the staff will move it all in and you'll still have 8 slots left, as the main domain doesn't count towards that 10 quota.
4.) The transfer request ticket (via
http://desk.surpasshosting.com ) will be a process in which a support staff member will generate and/or download a 'full' cpanel backup for a direct transfer to the server your new account is on. This 'full' backup includes everything from your old host; files, folders, databases, cPanel customizations/statistics, etc. So, it'll be almost like you never left your old cPanel, just the hardware/host/service of course
