So you are saying that right now I am paying $65 a yr for 2 accounts (because my second one was free) and I get 5GB of space on each account. But, if I submit a ticket, I can upgrade to the new power plan which would be $60 a yr (because my second account would still be free) and I would now have 200GB of space for each account???
If so then where do I submit the ticket to? Accounting or sales or service? I'm guessing accounting?
