VPS just dose that some times. Some times it is cPanel other times there is no visible reason for it to be doing that at all. And it is normal to go for 2 to 6 minutes. Not enough time for support to see it and attempt to do anything about it much less tell you what is going on.

When I made such reports to Support from July - September (06) all they would say is "nothing was wrong"
