Hiya,
I bought a shared hosting plan and a domain here last year (20/1/2006) to be exact. Since I ordered before May 26th I log in differently and I am unsure as to how I re-register again? I can re-register my Domain fine but what about my Hosting? It says to goto
http://www.surpasshosting.com and begin ordering there but I don't know what to do?
Won't I lose all my files on my account this way?
Im just confused as to what action I take. Am I expected to make a backup of the files then re-order a new plan and get an Admin. to re-install?
Any help will be appreciated as this has me a tad stressed as the 20th looms ever so close.
