You buy hosting seperately from your domain,
first step is to choose a hosting plan you would like, then sign up for it, when it asks you what domain you want you say you already have one.
Once all is setup you grab the nameserver information from your confirmation email from surpass and enter it into your nameserver settings over at surpass domains, leave it a few hours to propgate and you have lift off.
