Some hosts have lots of unfriendly terms and conditions: "Client must keep service contract for 3 years. Or will be attacked by bears."
We were not going to make any official terms, but after seeing some of the questions raised in this thread, looks like we'll have to..
Who thinks that a policy such as the client must keep the account for two years (the $1 year + paid year) is fair - for you and for Surpass?
