thanks, but honestly this answer doesn't help me getting a better feeling with this. I think I will now cancel the new created services and request a refund. When done, I will create 2 new accounts and save $158.
If I may express my opinion, next time you guys will have a new idea, I suggest to wait at least few days before announce it and then also indicate a starting date. I'm a 1 year customer and I noticed that communication level decreased somehow... or maybe it is just my impression? An example? One of my cPanel accounts got the cPanel skin completely changed while I was working on it and there is no way to get back to the original. Nobody from Surpass informed me about this and this happened an hour ago. What's the deal? Now I
must work with the most ugly cPanel skin I've ever seen.
Sorry but I think this is not correct. The overall surpass service is GREAT, but, as today, (at least from my side), I can say it could be better.
