I know the complaining has mostly stopped. But the same stuff comes up each time Surpass has a special promotion--and they do happen often!
So, my suggestion to Surpass is to have a standard set of rules that apply to each promotion. Perhaps even a Promotion page which shows a standard set of rules for EVERY promotion. You could even listed in reverse order the past promotions.
Just my 2 cents.
