See if you have a $1 invoice due. I signed up at 4:00 and entered my credit card information but then received an email at 5:00 that "The invoice generated for your order has been updated to the proper amount of $1.00. Please use the following information to login to your billing system account to make payment towards this invoice. If your order has not been activated yet, your invoice must be paid before activation takes place."
So I'd login to billing and see if you have a $1.00 invoice that needs to be paid before you are in the queue to have your account activated.
