Unhappy I dont understand???

Before everything here is a quote(to emphasize) from the first post of this thread:

now the situation is:
1- somebody from the support cancelled my payment (10$ for surpass plan)
2- i asked the support.. they told me to signup for a new plan(15$ for the bronze) and then they will move my billing over the new billing system.

now, in this thread in the first post it says :

after this explanation, why i am made to signup for a new and more expensive plan???
