Main Server Blocks / Email Replies

Our main server is not located in our data center due to off network purposes. In case any problems arise in our data center, we will still be able to communicate via the ticket system at all times, due to having our server in a different location. As the bumps of growing pains subside and things settle down in our data center (pretty close to that status!) we will just keep our main server there as well. We are very confident in our network since it is now our own.

For now, we still keep our main server in an alternate location. We will be moving our main server in a few days to a new location in Texas.

Our server currently resides in New Jersey at NAC. There are many IP blocks enforced there that do not allow some regions of the world to properly communicate with us by email and some cannot even load our website. This is the main reason we are moving the server.

Additionally, right now RoadRunner (the email service only) is blocking the IP of our main server (only effects email). This is completely ridiculous and we are having a very hard time getting them to resolve this. It has been going on for approximately 2 weeks now. This means that clients who sign up using an rr.com address do not receive emails from us. Also when they send us a support email and we reply, the email bounces back. We cannot wait for them to resolve this any longer, and will be completing the move very soon. It is causing much hassle and slowing us down, and we cannot let any clients suffer from slower response time because of that.

There will not be any downtime during the move and you should not have any problems accessing our site or submitting support tickets successfully.
Then it will be smooth sailing.

This was just a heads up to let you all know about the RR block and a little about the history we have had with NAC in the past month. If you know anyone with an RR address that has had problems contacting us, or anyone who has not been able to reach our site, please send them this info, we would appreciate it very much.
