I just updated the first post of this thread - after our meeting we decided to change the date of when the promotion begins. It will now begin on June 18 and run to July 2.
We are finishing up the terms and FAQ, I will post here again when we're done with the promo page.
(Thanks to everyone who attended our staff meeting, and for not minding that I was about 30 minutes late.
For this I will bring cupcakes for our next meeting. Or for when the new office is done - actually yes, that's when I will bring them.)
