That link didn't provide any documentation and the entire WHMCS site is annoying for its complete lack of documentation / manuals. Where the heck do I find a manual? That link just told me to unzip the files (where?), setup a DB( how, what name, what user / pass, do I need to create the tables manually?), etc.
EDIT: I found the manual (had to log on to find it).... I'll have to pour through it to see if it makes sense.
From what I gathered on the marketing end of WHMCS there is a built in trouble ticket system, correct? That would be handy, but I suppose only available to customers that purchased using the WHMCS system, right?
