Your server is back online, unfortunately by just emailing from the new email to change the old email is not the way to get this changed. Imagine anyone sends a ticket and says please change my email to this and that? I believe these were explained in the ticket see below.

We can reset your DECC password and provide you with your login details, however, the request MUST come from the email address listed on your DECC account which is (****yahoo.com). If you no longer have access to that email address, we would ask that you fax us at [(407)386-6513] with a written request to update the email address on file along with a copy of two forms of id matching the name on the account which is (****). This is a measure that we must take in order to maintain our security protocols. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
