i just wanted to thank the surpass support team today for fixing an error on my part. i had made the grave mistake of changing the quota on my principal account and it shut my server down with no access at all. The support team expediently rectified the issue and everything is running great and fine.
I also apologise for the multiple support requests... with my server down i didnt have email support and kept refreshing the ticket page thinking i would see any made responses but it just created a new support ticket. Apologies for that
