I have had a couple of shared hosting accounts with Surpass over the past couple of years. Currently I am not with Surpass due to my blog will be needing more resources than Shared hosting can provide during the months of January through May (American Idol Blog). I will say though during my stay at Surpass I was a very happy customer. Last year when I ABUSED a shared server with my American Idol Blog (Yes I was Suspended) they were good to help me move to a VPS and then a dedicated server. Even though I am not a customer right now I still check the forum everyday just to see what is up and my boss still has our work hosting account with Surpass.
Support is superb and the packages Surpass offers are excellent. I will be back to Surpass in May when I no longer need Clustered Hosting but till then if you aren't a Surpass customer, give them a try. For Shared Hosting they can't be beat
