There have been a number of different issues with the restore that happened, most seem due to the fact that the backup was quite old and we've lost a bunch of server/account settings.
Despite numerous attempts in related tickets to find out the date of the backup which was used in the restore, we still can't get a response.
Can anyone point us in the direction of any information related to backups & what is whos responsibility?
