However, in the new cpanel Xskin, there is a disk usage option, you can keep track of disk usage through that so if one goes over the amount you allowed, just send whomever an e-mail saying they went over and to delete some stuff.
but then you could do the same with add-on domains....i have a reseller account, whm is basically cpanel to control multiple domains, made by the same ppl.....
