The site is confusing about listing this isn't it?
From the shared hosting page:
* Email - By far the most important part of your account, as agreed on by most of our customers. You can create as many email accounts as you would like. Email accounts at Surpass are unlimited. So are forwarders and autoresponders. You will also have access to Webmail to read your messages on the go, and you'll be able to create mailing lists.
* FTP - The second most important tool because you surely will have a lot to upload! FTP accounts are unlimited. You can create an FTP login for a friend so that they can upload to a certain folder, but not be able to see any of the rest. Nice, right?
* Subdomains - You will be able to add unlimited sections to your site such as "blog.yoursite.com"
I do believe all plans have unlimited databases as well.
