[Answered] support for re-seller customers
Hi!, I wish to know whether you provide support directly to customers in re-seller accounts. (ex: if i sell a plan to user A and if he is having problem can he directly access your support or do you provide support to A on behalf of me) If one of the accounts in my reseller account creates a resource over usage are you going to disable all the sites hosted under my re seller account or will you block that site only? Do you take backups of the hosted sites and if so how often ? (yes i should also have backup with me too)
