Hey!!

Has anyone transferred their site from 100webspace.com to Surpass? It is a Joomla website that one of clients is switching over to. I'm trying to help him out and can't seem to figure it out.

I tried exporting the database from 100webspace and saving it and then importing to the account at Surpass but that doesn't work either. And they don't use cPanel so that's a problem as well. And I have no working knowledge with Joomla either.

However, the export/import worked after I edited/deleted the the SQL file but it broke the Joomla website.

So I have no idea what to do!
Help!
