Thanks for looking into the matter.

It's been 3 hours and I have yet to hear from Surpass. Thought I should check with you, how long exactly is "shortly"?

I'm not being snarky here but I have been sitting at my desk for the past 3 hours anticipating a welcome email. And yes, before anyone ask, I should go get a life.
