I'm being very patient considering i'm paying practically nothing for the one love promotion, but i did want to clarify how long I'm supposed to wait before submitting a ticket.

up to 48 hours after signing up for the package?

or up to 48 hours after paying the invoice?

I signed up for the 1 love promotion with the domain name "steampunkstation.com" which is registered at another registrar and i'm going to redirect the nameservers.
