When they thought of this promotion, they must have already anticipated the volume of orders. They should be prepared enough.

Maybe they should of done, but remember on top of the One-Love sale they have dozens of existing customers and they have to manage the uptime of hundreds of servers.
I've seen quite a few wanting to get the One-Love promotion, so things may be slow.
However, Im sure support will get round to you soon
