We can apply all of the PHP changes for you, but installing FFmpeg and the other tools (I assume you're using something like Clipshare?) will have to be done at an extra cost (~$75-125) since this is a 3rd party script that we do not support.
Moving your files is not a problem either. Support will be able to extract and import everything from your full backup/cpmove file.
