thanks, i figured that out.
My problem now, is that, there are so many usernames & passwords involved in setting up the different accounts with surpass, i'm just not sure which goes with which. The server keeps denying all of the combinations that i know of.
I opened a help desk ticket to have someone email me my correct username/password.
