So I would like to buy a year of shared hosting from Surpass. However, I would like to ask the ff: questions to make my migration smooth...

1. Is it ok to use an international credit card?
2. I have a back up of my home directory from the other hosting co., can this be used to restore my main site and all?
3. Will emails be restored with this also? like old emails retained?

It's 8:30 PM central as of this posting. I would like to sign up by first thing tom. morning.
