We have been using Surpass for 2-3 mos. now. My company Cicero International has chosen Surpass as our 1 stop solution. We are using the reseller hosting plan which allows us to maintain our site, and our client's. I am used to hosting my own sites, and have found that I can do almost anything through their system that I could do on my own. The good thing is that surpass is affordable, and I do not have to maintain and worry about the server. Surpass' Support ticket system is there for any questions I have had, and the response time is Excellent. I recommend their service for all; Novice, Expert and everything between.
