I tried logging into the Billing area earlier, I haven't changed my password but I got:

I clicked the "Forgot your password" text and ordered a new one. I put this password in and I got the same message, so ordered another one. Same problem.
I went to submit a support ticket about this and it said I needed the password & username for my main account. I have the username but have forgotten the password. I have it automatically saved by my browser, so I went to log into the cPanel for the main site but the main site isn't working ("Page cannot be found." I haven't changed anything so there's no reason for this.), so I can't request a new password for that account and therefore can't submit a support ticket.
Basically:
- I don't remember my password for my main reseller account
- The main account doesn't show when I plug the URL into my address bar, so I can't request / create a new password for it
- My password for the Billing area doesn't appear to work
I can log into the support ticket area but can't submit any tickets because I don't have the other details I need.
What do I need to do now?

I'm also on Pass60 if you need that?)
