I don't think you can in actionscript. I think something like that would be handled by bossing a PHP script around that is coded to generate what you want using the
ming functions. Also check into
Shockwave Flash Functions.
Not sure what version of flash they use, I'm too busy to check at the moment. I'm also not to sure about how well that "shockwave flash functions" documentation is. I only tried ming. Overall I'd have to say it's just too much work to deal with. =/
Your best bet would be looking into ruby. I've seen fancy graphic stuff accomplished with it. I can only assume it would have superior abilities with flash generation too.
