Is it meaning the nameserver and the IP address? Remember the IP address has to be that of the nameservers. You can find it and make sure its correct by pinging the nameserver.
If you are using windows go to the START menu and click on RUN. Type cmd into the input field and click enter (or OK). A black window will appear type ping and then leave a space and type in the nameserver, then click enter. It will then give you the IP address. Copy it and paste it again in your registrar and try to see if it works. =)
If you're not using windows, then please post your nameserver here and I will ping it for you and give you the IP address. =)
BTW: What is your domain name?
