[Answered] FATAL ERROR in helpdesk

Hi

I submitted a new ticket to support staff. I sent it, and received the email that says "your ticket has been received blahblah". Ticket ID is GRN-266929.

But now, when I check my ticket list this one does not appear. OK, I try to use the direct link in the email message to view my support ticket and...

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this ticket. in /home/surpass/public_html/desk/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 168

I don't know what's happening but something's going wrong.
