One thing I forgot to mention is that when ever my account is checking mail my wife's can't. It fails to connect to the server or vice versa. Same for her phone and the laptops. It rarely seems to effect my phone though. :\
Our laptops are Macs and her phone is an iPhone while mine's a WM6 phone.
