I think it is vital that all users are aware of this and an issue tech needs to resolve.
I have an email submit form on a few of my sites which has always worked flawlessly till I switched to servers here, now the enquiries do not get delivered (bought to my attn by a not happy client) they just get timed out. I raised this to support yesterday and they resolved it I quote "The mailbox ask

nn## is working fine now. We were able to submit the "Contact Us Form" in the site. The mail using script is getting through the email account now. We have attached the snippet of the maillogs for your reference.
The filter set for the account "xyz.co.uk " was causing the issue. We have backed the filter file for the domain and this fixed the issue.
Ok so now I try CoffeeCup form builder software on another site, try it, and the same again the mail is not being delivered. Can this be looked into as to why this happens?
