I received an email from HP.com and they asked me to reply.
I replied using my Surpass email account. The reply bounced back to me. WHen I sent the email again from my HOTMAIL account and from my GMAIL account, the email did not bounce back to me.
Here is the error message that I get from Surpass email:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
cto-esc.hpshopping2
hp.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:
<cto-esc.hpshopping2
hp.com>:
host smtp.hp.com [15.201.24.91]: 554 5.7.1 <sh107.surpasshosting.com[66.7.192.103]>:
Client host rejected: Access denied
So is there some rule that Surpass has turned on that Gmail and Hotmail do not? Or is it that my mail server at Surpass is being blocked by HP? If so, can you get it ublocked?
I would like to just be able to respond to emails and have them go through, of course.
Thank you.
