yeah, from the response time i got the first time im really impressed.
i got a feeling that they mistakenly setup the account on the wrong IP. the other ip is working, and the cpanel is all setup in there, but the problem is there's no cpanel license for that ip lol
the cpanel license is for the other ip that i could not connect to
