I am getting repeat, serious, unresolved problems on Saprus and will be posting in this thread as a record of what's going on.
Currently cPanel Server Status shows Server Load around 18 (RED), and Disk /dev/sb1 (/backup)

100% (RED). It has been this way for the past 2 hours. I submitted support ticket FNW-520430 2 hours ago. At times, Saprus-hosted domains are totally down even though tracert appears normal.
Last week I submitted support ticket
VGE-749396 with the identical Saprus problems (high load and /backup full). The week before that I submitted support ticket BEO-141711 with the identical Saprus problems (high load and /backup full.) I was told the problems had been fixed.
Based on past experience with SurpassHosting, I am expecting this problem to go on for weeks. I am not happy. Can I get a high-level admin look at this problem?
