Nah, I just had the file bookmarked from 2 years ago when I still used Windows. I was too lazy to find the actual page, but thought it wouldn't be a security concern simply because it's very obviously from the Microsoft website. Nothing wrong with having security standards, just have to know when to trust what you see. I'm not about to link to an executable binary that kills machines on this forum -- it'd berather stupid.
And fair enough, it's definitely a workflow preference for some people. Suits me well due to the sheer number of applications and windows I have open at a given time, but if you're at 3, maybe it's not all that important.
