thanks alot for the input, yeah i agree IE (any version) is just buggy and goofy, unfortunately a majority of those im doing site work for still seem to use it

and also im fairly new to CSS coding and styling, but doesnt seem like a hard thing to pick up on.

since this was a combination of Dreamweaver and hand coding.

ill take alook at it and see how i can re-code it with CSS.

any good recommendations on how to get started with CSS in any case?
