Talking After Surpass Staff gets some rest, please read

I wanted to extend our thank you for the efforts and professionalism that all of you at Surpass displayed yesterday during the power problems. Our customers were better informed because of the information you provided us and they understood that things like this sometimes happens in a complex world.

As we received word from Kayla and Mike, we moved to keep our businesses up to date with the status. No one was really upset, rather they now understand how important their website and email is and how much they take it for granted. That is good for us!

I have a lot of trust and confidence in you and yesterday really showed us why we can always rely on Surpass.
